Creasing and Cutting Machine 1650 / 2000 / 2500 / 2800

CVK 1650 / 2000 / 2500 are our newly-designed large size cutting & creasing machines. They are suitable to die cut large format packaging board and corrugated board.
The machine body adopts monoblock cast technique to ensure its non-deformity during operation and line quality of final job. Patented auxiliary roller supporting mechanism to arc guide is introduced to solve the problem of abrasion on front backing board to ensure pressing body's working stability. Quarternary transmission gives stable drive. Imported Italian air clutch ensures quick and reliable start and brake. Adjustable chase locking device. Patented pneumatic die cutting plate opening and closing device for easy make-ready. Adjustable timing lubricating system to give whole machine good automatic lubrication. The machine is fully CE certified.
